ROBERT J. FRISONI, ESQ., founding partner of FRISONI & ASSOCIATES, P.C., has over twenty five (25) years of legal experience concentrating in the practice areas of commercial real estate law, mortgage transaction law and residential real estate law. Mr. Frisoni is completely qualified with the talent and experience to meet the legal needs of any client. His clients include all parties related to the subject transaction, including landlords, tenants, buyers, sellers, lenders and borrowers. Mr. Frisoni is a graduate of New York University and received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management in 1985. Mr. Frisoni obtained his Juris Doctorate from New York Law School in 1988 and is admitted to the New York and New Jersey Bars. Mr. Frisoni is also admitted to practice law in the Federal District Court of the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. Mr. Frisoni is a member in good standing of the New York State and Suffolk County Bar Associations. Additionally, Mr. Frisoni has served on committees to raise money for various charitable organizations, including the Diabetes Research Foundation Institute, the Elwood Education Endowment, and The Art League of Long Island.
